晋州市传统艺术会馆竣工于2002年6月，旨在传承晋州市的无形文化遗产。目前，已成为传承并发展包括重要无形文化遗产12号"晋州剑舞"在内的诸多文化遗产的场所。例如，道无形文化遗产3号"闲良舞"，道无形文化遗产12号"抛球乐舞"，道无形文化遗产21号"教坊祭神舞"，道无形文化遗产25号新间涌流伽倻琴散调等。
