李聖子美術館は晋州が産んだ世界的なフランス活動作家、故李聖子画伯の作品を展示するために建設された美術館である。第1展示室、第2展示室、収蔵庫、セミナー室などを備えている。

李聖子画伯は6.26戦争中にフランス・パリに留学に渡った第一世代の在仏画家である。東洋の香りがこもった作品で名声を得、フランス政府から2度文化芸術勲章を受賞した。
