晋州木工芸伝授館、木工芸のメッカ

晋州木工芸伝授館は、鳴石面(旧鳴石小学校)に位置しており、敷地面積10,520㎡、延建坪2,675㎡の地上2階の建物で、主な施設として展示および体験空間、講堂(会議室)、作業室などがある。

長年の伝統を持つ地域の優れた木工芸を継承・発展させるべく、市民と観光客を対象に多様な人材養成教育、工芸品の展示・体験および趣味など、多様なプログラムを企画している。
