★ 오늘 아침 대학동기 카톡 방에 한복 입은 두 손주 녀석이 새해 세배하는 모습을 올려놓아 한참 눈을 뗄 수 없었습니다. 주인공은 저희들과 복학 후 줄곧 함께하면서 합창 지휘도 하시고(지금까지도..), 클래식 왕 애호가이자 박학다식(博學多識)하신 보물같이 소중한 선배분이십니다. 절 받은 사람들로부터 세배돈 예약이 날아오고...
며칠 후면 민족의 대명절인 설날이자 가족(家族)재회(再會)(family reunion)의 날입니다. 고향(故鄕)/향수(鄕愁)하면 왠지 설레고 추억을 더듬어 film을 천천히 되감아 회상에 빠지기도 하지만 새로운 에너지를 충전해 올 수 있는 곳이기도 합니다. 농경사회의 대가족에서 산업사회의 핵가족으로 전환되면서 새로운 격변(激變-turmoil)을 겪고 있지만, 가족은 우리 사회의 기본 단위이자 핵심(核心) 요소임은 틀림없습니다. 가정(근본(根本))이 바로 서야 나라도 바로 서지요.
