The Water Culture Center was established to promote appreciation of water. The gallery on the first floor is composed of 3 themes: Water of Life, Water of the Namgang River and Water of the New Century. There are a multimedia room and an observatory on the second floor. Especially, the Water Screen presents the beauty of the four seasons to the accompaniment of magnificent music and videos, and the high-tech 3D multimedia room showcases the importance of water through mysterious and amazing scenery.

Water of Life

Water of Life describes the birth and circulation of water and the procedure of raising aquatic life systems through magical visions including a magic faucet, amazing videos and models.

Water of Namgang River

Water of Namgang River presents the image of the river before the Namgang Dam was built, and explains about the origin of the river and construction process with a touch screen providing information on the status of water resources and Jinju City.

Water of the New Century

Water of the New Century displays a video of water in the four seasons with a Water Screen and provides a fantastic space experience. The Digital Aquarium provides a service of searching freshwater fish by the level of water and ecology, and measurement of the water content of your body by the water scale. There is also a Water Pipe Organ that emits sounds when people step on the floor keyboard.

Multimedia Room and Observatory

The second floor has an exhibition hall, a multimedia room and an observatory. The Water Picture Gallery exhibits 77 pictures related to water. The Multimedia Room plays water-related videos, and the observatory provides a fair view of Jinyangho Lake.

Beaver
