Jinju Woodcraft Training Center, The Mecca of Woodcraft

Jinju Woodcraft Training Center is located in Myeongseok-myeon (formerly, Myeongseok Elementary School), has a site area of 10,520㎡ and total floor area of 2,675㎡, and consists of two floors above ground. The main facilities include exhibition halls, space for activities, auditorium (conference room), workshop, and others.

As parts of efforts to preserve and improve the traditional way of woodcraft that has been practiced in the region for a long time, local residents and tourists are allowed to participate in various programs that will be produced in the future such as training sessions for skilled workforce, woodcraft exhibitions, and other activities related to woodcraft.
